– The band U2 has a song called "Beautiful Day" and one of the lines in the song goes like this: "It's a beautiful day, don't let it get away." And I think it's a great sentiment.

I struggle every day to be as kind as I can be.

But every day I try to say kind things to people.

Sometimes it's harder to say kind things, and it's easier to just do things that are helpful to people.

They count as one of the things I do to try and help people.

I love making these videos.

But if you could challenge yourself, try to find a way in the new year to just help someone.

Some days I'm really good at this.
